Please note that those receiving wine in Ohio via direct shipment from the winery to the consumer must complete and file an "Ohio Excise and Use Tax Filing" form with the State of Ohio, along with the required payment of tax for every shipment of wine he/she receives in this manner. We include a copy of this form with instructions in every Ohio wine shipment. As the form states, all taxes due to the State of Ohio are required to be paid within 30 days of the receipt of the shipment. - Oregon
